1. Booking Terms

• All bookings must be made through Anaadi.co or by contacting our customer support team.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full or advance payment.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information during the booking process.
• Anaadi.co reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings under unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice and refund policies applied.

2. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other available methods as communicated at the time of booking.
• Advance payments are mandatory for confirmation of travel services.
• The remaining balance (if any) must be paid as per the timeline communicated during booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to toursandtravels@anaadi.co.
• Cancellation charges apply as per the specific itinerary or package, and may vary.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

4. Travel Documents

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they possess valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, ID proof).
• Anaadi.co will not be responsible for any denial of travel due to documentation issues.

5. Health and Safety

• Travelers are advised to consult their doctors regarding vaccinations or health precautions before the trip.
• Anaadi.co does not take responsibility for any health issues or injuries incurred during the travel unless covered by the travel insurance (if arranged).

6. Liability and Responsibility

• Anaadi.co acts only as an agent for various independent service providers and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any default of these providers.
• While we take utmost care in selecting our partners, Anaadi.co cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, flight delays).

7. Changes to Itinerary

• Changes requested by the traveler are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
• Anaadi.co reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries for reasons such as weather conditions or safety concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on www.anaadi.co, including logos, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Anaadi.co and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by Indian Law.
• Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
