Payment Policy – Anaadi.co
1. Package Payment
- Booking Deposit: An initial non-refundable booking deposit of ₹5,000 per person is required at the time of enquiry or as per the online payment process.
- Full Payment: The full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the entire amount is payable at the time of booking.
- Issuance of Documents: Tickets, hotel vouchers, transport vouchers, and tour documents will be issued 7 days prior to the departure date.
2. Hotel Payment
- Advance Payment: A 25% advance is required to confirm a hotel booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 75% should be paid at least 30 days in advance.
Note: Certain properties, especially wildlife lodges and spa resorts, may require 100% payment for confirmation, particularly during peak periods. Please check with us before booking.
3. Transport Payment
- Initial Advance: A 20% advance is required to confirm transport services.
- Subsequent Payment: 60% of the payment should be made 30 days in advance.
- Final Payment: The remaining 20% is payable on or before the commencement of the tour.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online Payments: Secure online payments via our payment gateway.
- Bank Transfers: NEFT/RTGS transfers to our designated bank account.
- UPI Payments: Payments through UPI platforms.
- Credit/Debit Cards: All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Please note that service vouchers will be issued only upon receipt of the full payment.
